1. Providing GUI to support a technical proof of concept of personal health data aggregation

Within the preventative health hypertension use case,

• Support recommendations on fundamental things patient should be doing to manage their own health
• Support reminders of actions patient should take to maintain or improve their health

Health Data Aggregation

• User can enable read/write access to health data from devices, phone, Apple Health, EHRs, other apps.
