De workflow declareerde geen permissions-blok, waardoor GITHUB_TOKEN alleen leesrechten kreeg en addAssignees een 403 gaf. Elke issue in dit repo bleef daardoor onbeheerd — de product owner werd nooit toegewezen. Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
