Adds documentation for features added since the guide was last updated: - $msg.hash.<algorithm>[_<length>]$ dynamic variable, added to the list of $msg variables in the Dynamic Variables section. - Queue Based Sending (JmsPollingModule) as a new sub-section of Sending Files, covering the config.xml module definition and its attributes. - Storing Partnerships In A Database (DbPartnershipFactory) as a new section of Partner Configuration. - Outbound Transfers - Client Certificate Authentication (mutual TLS) as a new section of the HTTPS transport chapter. - Retrieving The MDN File Path (the "messages mdnpath" command and its REST equivalent) as a new sub-section of the REST API section. The heading numbering of the section following the new mutual TLS section shifts from 14.4 to 14.5 as a result. The table of contents is a cached field so it needs to be refreshed in LibreOffice to list the new sections.
