Bluetooth connection to Rouvy on Windows fails with "device not supported" (BikeControl on iPhone)

Description

When running Rouvy on Windows and BikeControl on iPhone, attempting to connect via Bluetooth fails with a "device not supported" error. The networking mode eventually connects, but Bluetooth mode does not work at all.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run Rouvy on Windows
2. Run BikeControl on iPhone
3. Attempt to connect via Bluetooth

Expected Behavior

BikeControl on iPhone should connect to Rouvy on Windows via Bluetooth successfully.

Actual Behavior

Connection fails with "device not supported" error. Only networking mode works (eventually).

Additional Context

• All permutations and combinations of Bluetooth settings were tried without success.
