[Feature Request] Add UV tests

#268 added the functionality to use UV for running tests, we may want to look into using this to cover scenarios such as:

• Running webuis E2E tests
• Testing functionality of Validator, styler or other scripts
• Running general validations
• [?] Feel free to comment about more ideas on how we could utilize this opportunity!

Happy to help at least by proposing initial structure with some real tests which is then easier to extend. Preparing a PR for the sake of discussion as per description above

Would something like this suit for the overall setup? As I'm less familiar with FE things, I tried to use LLM to come up with package manager on the frontend side which is very widely used, bit more secure than npm but still doesn't increase friction for current devs.

Here's what I'd do based on current understanding:

• Wire the WebUI into the shared task infrastructure so task test, task lint, task check cover both Python and frontend
• Commit to pnpm as the frontend package manager (strict dependency model, no phantom deps, disk-efficient content-addressable store)
• Add CONTRIBUTING.md as the home for developer setup docs. GitHub surfaces this automatically, keeps README clean for non-technical contributors

Frontend Package Manager

Switch webui/ from npm to pnpm:

• Add "packageManager": "pnpm@<current stable>" to webui/package.json
• Replace package-lock.json with pnpm-lock.yaml
• Update playwright.config.js and CI workflow to use pnpm

Task delegation

Root Taskfile.yml delegates shared tasks to both Python and frontend:

task test	pytest	pnpm run test (Playwright)
task check	lint + format-check + pytest	lint + test

Pure data/Python tasks (validate, build, serve, style, script) unchanged.

CONTRIBUTING.md (new)

Developer-facing setup docs covering:

• Prerequisites and how to install task (brew install go-task / uvx go-task-bin) and pnpm, although it'd be easy to add .install-tools task which would automatically install pnpm if missing, but prompting user first (never modify system without asking user)
• task setup to bootstrap everything in one command

Frontend dev workflow still possible without taskfile: cd webui && pnpm run dev
