[WIP] Update GitHub Action to use Node.js 24

1. Update action.yml line 74: change using: node20 to using: node24
2. Update package.json line 25: change "node": ">=20" to "node": ">=20" (or ">=24" for stricter requirement)
3. Verify dependencies are compatible with Node.js 24
4. Test the bundled action works correctly with Node.js 24
