Rebuilds the brand's entries from the manufacturer's own English product pages (arianeplast.com): materials grow from 78 to 126 and gain their first MaterialPackages (290, up from 0), plus one new spool size (660g). Highlights: - French/duplicate/mistranslated entries merged or renamed into a single, consistent English catalogue (gray -> grey, rose -> pink, violet -> purple, ochre orange -> orange ochre, and several manufacturer name inconsistencies fixed). - Every material now carries properties (print/bed temperature) and, where the manufacturer publishes one, a primary_color. - The full 10-colour PLA Though+ / Ingeo 3D870 line added. - Most of #32 (missing packages: wood/bamboo/cork small spools, silk red, silk lagon, PHA white/black, PLA+ Multicolor 350g, Ingeo 3D870 range). The PETG interferential blue entries from that issue are intentionally left out of this PR for a separate pass, so #32 stays open until then. The crawler/reconciliation tooling used to produce this (tools/arianeplast/) is kept out of this PR; it stays on the working branch for further use.
