Use the same XiangShan board seed in every DTS template so Linux boot randomness is reproducible across platforms, memory sizes, and hart configurations.
Clarify that the hexadecimal rng-seed byte array encodes XIANGSHAN_NEMU_BOARD_RANDOM_SEED.
