Wallet does not quit

Installed the 1.4.8 wallet on Windows 10. Let it run for a couple hours. Tried to shut down the app, but it won't close - "not responding".

I had to force-close it eventually.

Re-launched it and now seems to work fine.

I let the wallet run for a few hours overnight. Meanwhile it received a new address which I've mined on fairpool. I saw the new address in the wallet in the morning.

But when I tried to close the app, it froze again. Even after 30 minutes it was still "not responding". I was using another app on the same system, and the whole system was solid frozen while the other app was in focus - the mouse was not moving at all, the display would not get updated.

I had to force-quit the wallet app, and was afraid I would lose my data.

Starting it up again, the wallet and the full balance are there, everything seems fine. The system is now responsive again and I can use all my apps without the whole thing getting frozen.

This issue makes it very hard to use the wallet.
