Support UK and structured geography diagnostics

Summary

• decode current UK schema 6 geography identifiers and explicit geography-name metadata
• retain schema 7 geography identifiers, dimension identifiers, levels, labels, and producer ordering
• group structured count and total rows under their shared variable category
• preserve schema 7 source.label and variable.label in category tiles, selected-category headers, and breadcrumbs
• retain machine identifiers as navigation keys while displaying producer-authored labels
• reject structured targets that populate more than one geography-role dimension
• document the legacy and structured geography behavior and add regression coverage

Validation

• bun test — 329 passed
• bun run lint
• generated 364-target UK schema 7 preview classified as structured by the local dashboard
