policyengine_us 1.821.2 1.821.10

What Changed (policyengine_us 1.821.2 → 1.821.10)

Changed

  • Utah CCAP copayment amounts and income group limits from the Table 4 edition effective October 1, 2026.
    • Update New Jersey CCAP maximum payment rates to CC-230 (03/26), effective April 1, 2026, and add the intermediate CC-230 (07/24) rates effective August 1, 2024.
  • Add the July 1, 2025 and July 1, 2026 editions of Iowa's Child Care Assistance family co-pay fee charts, including the elimination of sliding-fee level BB and the 2026 CCA Plus income-ceiling caps.

Fixed

  • Applied the federal-AGI comparison to the CalEITC, taking the smaller of the credit figured on California earned income and on federal AGI.
  • Remove the child immigration status test from Oregon ERDC from May 2024 (OAR 414-175-0021 sunset) and from Vermont CCFAP from July 2024 (Act 76 rollout), matching the states' rule changes.
  • Indexed the Washington Working Families Tax Credit maximum qualifying income and investment-income limit to the current-year federal EITC figures instead of freezing them at 2022 values.
  • Removed the Montana property tax rebate from the state non-refundable credit list so it no longer reduces Montana income tax.
  • Use the shared childcare_attending_days_per_month and childcare_days_per_week inputs in the CalWORKs child care time coefficient instead of CA-only day and week counts that defaulted every California child care payment to zero.
  • Rename co_pension_subtraction_indv_eligible..py and generate_age_curves.py.py to remove the duplicated file extensions.
  • Fix North Dakota's 2026 individual income tax schedule thresholds using the official Form ND-1ES.
  • Move the Connecticut child tax rebate to the 2021 eligibility year as a refundable credit, matching how the analogous Rhode Island and New Mexico prior-year rebates are booked, so it no longer reduces 2022 Connecticut income tax.
