Update product prose, repository routing and mirror pointers, shard and namespace teaching, functional metadata, generated manifest metadata, and stale-reference coverage. Keep frozen Hugging Face dataset IDs, dataset/artifact names and versions, POPULACE_* tokens, ledger CLI/field identifiers, live Slack channel names, real paths and code identifiers, dated analyses, test pins, and generic bookkeeping uses. tests/test_no_stale_references.pynow has a span-based stale-product-name check: prosepopulace/ledgerfails unless the exact span matches a frozen-surface allowlist (dataset ids, HF ids, env tokens,ledger_*fields, channels, the(formerly Populace)trigger, live routes) — the rename can't silently regress.
