Add an evergreen methodology page covering the SPM unit and role classification, thresholds from spm-calculator, the resource components, medical out-of-pocket expenses, the population and its calibration, uprating, and the model's current limitations, including that non-premium medical spending does not respond to Medicaid coverage.
