Once, the cutting and merging routines are finally implemented, it would be nice to have 2 more kinds of plots on the pollynet/picassopy website. Under "4. Experimental" you could add a section "QC profiles" (or replace the previous "All_Optical_Profiles_high/low_range" plots) and "merged profiles". I would like to have seperate plots for Klett and Raman (like it is done already), showing:
-
Under "QC profiles" the overlap and noise cutted profiles which will be saved in the profiles_QC.nc as solid lines together with the original profiles before post-processing from the profiles.nc and NR_profiles.nc as dotted lines to monitor the performance of the post-processing routines.
-
Under "merged profiles", I would like to have profile plots of the profiles out of the profiles_merged.nc. Plotting range of the y-axis would be sufficient up to 5km or so.
