Problem
The 429 refusal message told the user "This wizard program has used its daily run limit. Try again tomorrow." The mint throttles per account per week, so the message named the wrong scope, the wrong unit, and the wrong wait.

src/lib/gateway-session.ts: 429 now reads "This account has used its weekly wizard run limit. Try again next week." Test fragment updated. Matches the account-wide weekly cap in PostHog/posthog#100469.Test plan
