Move binary installation from tut0.rst to install.rst and add install options to tabs

... adding this part seems a bit complex for a tutorial 0. I think the solution should be:

• Move it to the Installation page. Merging it with the similar content there.
• The tabbed part on Installation about Mac OSX|FreeBSD|Linux|Windows should have an "Other Linux", "Other OS" part. This way the docs are shorter. Both for Tutorial 0 and installation.
