Install Grounding Dino

1. Change the current directory to the grounding_dino_pkg folder.
2. Follow the steps at https://github.com/IDEA-Research/GroundingDINO for further instructions on installation.

Params

1. The following params need to be changed according to the hardare being used:
   a. camera_color_topic
   b. camera_depth_topic
   c. camera_frame_name
   d. base_frame_name
   e. camera_intrinsic
2. The following params are api keys which need to be put accordingly:
   a. openai_key
   b. gdino_pro_key
