feat: add secure container details and exec (3/6)

Summary

PR 3/6 of the complete tested main → integration contribution train. Depends on #221.

• comprehensive container details: overview/stats, logs, processes, networks, mounts, environment, labels, security, resources and health;
• formatted, colored and copyable inspect output;
• reconnectable exec terminal with shell/user selection and no-shell handling;
• unified action/exec UX in monitor and details;
• resolves container network modes to readable names;
• disables Dockman self-exec by default with explicit opt-in;
• adds Dockman restart, stack/container action coordination and production debug cleanup;
• reduces idle stats CPU usage.
