While A2SERVER probably runs just fine under jessie today, it's friends don't and A2SERVER is still very much tied to them. Separating out the A2SERVER part, making it dependent on a new component (A2TOOLS?), working out deployment, and making sure we have backups of all the files all fit into this milestone.
