files_scripts 5.0.1 breaks Nextcloud Mail with PSR/Log compatibility error

Environment

• Nextcloud: 34.0.4.1
• Installation: Nextcloud AIO / Docker

• OS: Ubuntu Server
• files_scripts: 5.0.1
• Mail app: [please fill in Mail app version]

Description

After installing/enabling files_scripts 5.0.1, the Nextcloud Mail app is unable to open mail folders and displays:

Could not open folder

This happens with both Gmail (IMAP) and my own IMAP server, so the issue does not appear to be specific to the mail provider.

The IMAP servers themselves are reachable and working correctly.
