Should be sending coverage dependence (kinetics) to Cantera

I think coverage dependent kinetics are not yet sent to Cantera objects.

There were efforts to implement it on this branch
main...surface_cantera
but I don't think it was merged. And I think things have changed enough since then it might be worth restarting.

Also worth considering in the context of the efforts to write Cantera YAML files natively, and the efforts to add coverage dependent thermochemistry.
