Incorrect Surface blocks

When using scalable lux the savanna grass from the LUMINOUS:Overworld mod does not spawn in the Savanna when using this mod.

To Reproduce
Download Luminous:Overworld
/locate biome minecraft:savanna
you'll see that its regular grass
