AGP 9 conflicts with kotlin-android

High Severity

Bumping com.android.tools.build:gradle to 9.3.1 leaves kotlin-android applied in android/build.gradle and react-native-purchases-ui/android/build.gradle, with no android.builtInKotlin=false opt-out. AGP 9 enables built-in Kotlin by default and rejects the legacy plugin, so those modules fail to configure.
