[Feat] Select models before waking sleeping tasks

What changed

• Added the existing task model and reasoning selector to the wake composer for sleeping OpenCode tasks.
• Prevented snapshot resume while model settings are still being persisted, including overlapping updates and reset operations.
• Added focused component coverage for the shared prompt-tool slot and pre-wake submission guard.

Why this change was made

Previously, changing models from the sleeping-task view required waking the task first. That made the wake-up turn run on the previous model and consume conversation input before the requested model could take effect.

Impact

Users can select the model and reasoning level before waking a sleeping task, so the resumed turn starts with the intended settings. Browser screenshots are not attached because the local preview is gated on inference-provider setup and could not reach a sleeping task; component tests cover the new rendered control and submission guard.
