Change: refresh v0.4 full-dump evidence on 2026-07 simplewiki, document the real history-dump boundary, and add native Linux aarch64 releases. Tests: actionlint, Rust 1.97 fmt/clippy/all-features tests, full simplewiki stats, and a real pagwiki history-dump rejection all pass. Benchmark: simplewiki 282,900 pages in 7.65 s at 206 MiB RSS; AST 130.8 MiB/s, strip 114.8 MiB/s, reference 298.5 MiB/s. Regression: none; criterion AST -1.5% is inside the documented noise band with no hot-path change. Co-Authored-By: OpenAI Codex <noreply@openai.com>
