What changed
Why
This branch brings the private beta into one coherent, testable state for invited friends, relatives, and waitlist testers. The installer artwork was simplified after review so Finder shows only the app and Applications icons over the brand-purple field.
User impact
Testers receive the latest onboarding, companion app, learning history, study tools, AI container, and configurable Island behavior. Secret filtering remains local before remote requests, and the packaged build points only to the approved HTTPS API.
Validation
The macOS beta remains ad-hoc signed because Apple Developer signing/notarization credentials are not configured. The generated Windows cross-build is experimental and is not committed as a repository binary.
