feat: add SDK i18n, escrow, trust, and adaptive fees

Summary

Add typed English/Spanish i18n with custom translations, locale selection, fallback, and stable error codes.
Add validated escrow/timelock transaction utilities for release, refund, and dispute flows.
Add privacy-conscious wallet device fingerprints and adaptive trust scoring.
Extend fee estimation with urgency, recent-fee trends, and bounded multipliers while preserving default behavior.
Add focused regression tests for all four issue reports.

Validation

Focused tests: 127 passed across existing fee/wallet suites plus 4 new issue tests.
New issue suite: 4 passed.
Targeted ESLint passed.
TypeScript checks show no errors in the modified feature files; the repository still has pre-existing errors in nftMetadata.ts, bundles.ts, and priceSubscriptions.ts.
Package build emits bundles but declaration generation remains blocked by the pre-existing nftMetadata.ts error.
