[Other] Identify and remove/modify resources where wavestack is mentioned

In PR #1233 I was removing wavestack configuration for the scs compliance check, since the cloud will be shutdown in the near future.
As far as I understand the wavestack is mentioned in other places and needs to be removed or replaced.
