The current star history chart is broken due to GitHub stargazer API restrictions. Point the chart at the star-history.dera.page mirror, which uses the same domain for the API and frontend and requires no API token.

The star history chart in the README is currently broken because of GitHub's stargazer API restrictions. This change repoints the chart at star-history.dera.page, a mirror that needs no API token and serves the chart from the same domain as the frontend.
