deploy failure is not bubbling up correctly from remote execution

i am using the module to update supervisor and reload nginx -- a failure occurred yet exit status wasnt properly bubbled up to strider-slack (notification)

No config updates to processes
 * Reloading nginx configuration nginx
   ...fail!

actually it does, it just seems that this particular command doesnt output stuff -- users can write a check and exit with the desired status code at the end of the deploy script
