Purpose of this pull request

Allows first person for personal or eligibility-type FAQ questions (for example, "Can I opt out...", "Do I need...") in docs/contributing/style-guide.md and .claude/skills/geo-guide/SKILL.md. Both files previously required second person for every FAQ question. Second person stays the default for the rest of body content and for non-personal FAQ questions.

See DOCS-1889 for the rationale and sources.

Verified the exception is stated consistently in both files, cross-checked the Jira rationale against the actual doc it cites (docs/get-started/ai-machine-learning.md really does have both example questions as described), and confirmed this brings the rule in line with pre-existing usage elsewhere in the repo (training-certification-faq.md, docs/observability/aws/faq.md already use first-person for personal/eligibility questions). The only failing check is the time-of-day merge window policy, not a real issue.

Approving.
