Adds a release note and expands the Insights page filter list to cover the new Organizations filter, which lets MSSP parent orgs narrow the multi-insights list to specific child organizations. Also adds descriptions for the other existing filters, which previously had none.

Purpose of this pull request
This pull request adds documentation for the new Organizations filter on the Cloud SIEM Insights page, which lets an MSSP parent organization narrow the multi-insights list down to specific child organizations.
