Wave PR 7 — executes Doug's 'know our products, be self-sufficient' directive (docs-only).

• NEW docs/MIE_PRODUCT_RESEARCH_2026-07-16.md:
  • §1 product landscape (WebChart platform EHR / Enterprise Health occ-health EHR built on it / NoMoreClipboard; BlueHive = third-party network, not MIE), sources cited
  • §2 WorkWell's position: the CQL measure-computation layer over EH-shaped data, with a module-level EH↔WorkWell seam mapping
  • §3 the assumption register — every still-open Send the MIE unblock package (WebChart API contract questions) + record answers #254 item (A2, A4–A8, B9–B12, C14–C16) gets a working assumption + falsifier + the live surface that verifies it; B9's WorkWell-side roster is promoted to the working design; C14/C15/C16 stay flagged as genuinely MIE-gated production questions
  • §4 deployability: the live integration is env-var configuration on one seam ('configure, don't build'); PHI env split remains the production gate
