## 2026-07-16 — WebChart live-integration six-PR prerequisite stack merged

Merged the six-PR follow-through stack bottom-up: Doug's confirmed contract and trial findings
(#298), the idempotent HAPI FHIR simulator loader and ADR-032 (#299), the real-HTTP live CLI with
HAPI bucket-for-bucket parity (#300), the owner-only teatea runbook and supporting probe/import
tooling (#301), the schema-free live `wc` tenant design (#302), and the MIE product/assumption
register (#303). The stack adds no runtime behavior to the deployed demo unless the WebChart seam
is explicitly configured; CQL remains the sole Outcome Status authority and no schema or
dependency changes were introduced. Two gates remain open: **owner sign-off on the #302 design
before PR 6 may be implemented**, and **owner execution of the teatea runbook before live trial
observations may be recorded**.
