fix: harden agent delete cleanup and warn about workspace loss - #214

Preserve backend type when neutralizing Windows host-root specs, run workspace rmtree off the event loop, and warn in dashboard/CLI that delete permanently removes the agent workspace. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
