The new post uses confidence: measured, and six already-published posts do too. The quality page only listed speculation/medium/high/experience/fact, so those badges linked to a missing #confidence-measured section and the posts were omitted from every listing. Publishes a measured account of gptme/gptme#3898 without claiming the rollout succeeded early.
The post freezes the pre-rollout baseline (295 timeouts / 31,513 shell calls), the September 28 sample floor and 80% reduction bar, the cohort split, and the behavioral check for remaining sleep-poll chains. It also records the measurement-window defect caught while establishing the baseline.
