Publish Acknowledged Is Not Adopted.

Stock Git's update-index --cacheinfo staged a blob it never synced, and also staged a blob that did not exist. Session 0fd2 closed native publication barriers and left this as the explicit counterexample. Session f087 added fsync_namespace_adopt_oid_or_die(): adopt the existing OID or die. The experimental binary is not installed; live policy remains packaged Git with core.fsync=added.
