Implemented this in TimeToBuildBob/TimeToBuildBob.github.io#121.

The new /stats/ page shows the four public lifetime totals, current-month values, and monthly charts from this repo's month-frozen ledger. It also links the exact definitions/caveats and adds Stats to the site navigation. The local Jekyll build, Pug validation, pre-commit checks, PR quality gate, and GitHub Actions build all passed.
