This reverts commit 0ce46c5.
- Add key list page with search, infinite scroll and batch delete - Add AddKeyDialogFrom with printable ASCII validation and ShowKeyDialog shown only once - Add rangeKey request helper and rename component_test.vue to ComponentTest.vue - Show can_operate_app_key permission in admin page, admin dialogs and home - Fix inverted duplicate check in keyAdd.go and mask keys in /key/range response - Bump GAHversion to beta-0.1.1
