Upgraded multiple NuGet dependencies to their latest patch or minor versions, including Microsoft.AspNetCore.Mvc.NewtonsoftJson, Microsoft.EntityFrameworkCore (and related packages), Microsoft.Extensions.Hosting.WindowsServices, Microsoft.VisualStudio.Azure.Containers.Tools.Targets, Microsoft.VisualStudio.Web.CodeGeneration.Design, NLog.Web.AspNetCore, Shared, and Swashbuckle.AspNetCore. Also updated Microsoft.EntityFrameworkCore.Tools and Design to version 10.0.3.
