Implements end-to-end flow for Recent Activity and Receipt Report, including data models, MediatR query/handler, service seam, ViewModels, XAML pages, navigation, and both unit and UI tests. Supports single-date filtering, search, paging, and receipt resend with mock data. Updates reports menu, navigation, and dialog service for new functionality.
