This pull request adds full support for the "Oneclick Mall Promociones" flow, including environment variable configuration, backend controller logic, and new frontend templates. The main changes introduce a new controller for handling the entire promotions flow, update configuration files and documentation, and provide user-facing views for each step in the process.
