Issue resolution for #341, #644, and #210

Description

• Implemented @diego898's resolution solution for [Proposal] Update and discuss behavior of SVD #341, to properly align the variable names and outputs for SVDInterpreter with what they were labeled as in the docs
• Added diagram requested in [Proposal] Documentation: Map the Act Names to the Transformer #644 to the docs
• Added project_output_onto for ActivationCache.get_full_resid_decomposition to reduce memory load
• Added demo example for how project_output_onto functions practically

NOTE

• The change from Vh to V is technically a breaking change, Vh is aliased to V to maintain the functionality of existing code. This does throw a deprecation warning, and Vh will be removed in TL4
