Systems Administrator who builds tools nobody asked for, because I saw a problem and couldn't leave it alone. Most of what's in this portfolio was self-directed β built on my own time, outside of any assigned project, because I thought the workflow could be better.
My background is macOS fleet management (Jamf Pro), IAM, and Google Workspace automation, but the underlying skill set is platform-agnostic: shell scripting, REST API integration, native UI tooling, and automation pipelines that remove either manual effort or recurring SaaS cost. The logic in these projects β sanitizing input, handling auth gracefully, designing for silent failure instead of breaking a user's day β translates directly to Linux, Windows, or cloud-native environments.
π§ Currently: Building a full IT compliance documentation framework (UK GDPR, safeguarding, and supporting a regulatory accreditation process) at work, and independently developing a web-based OS concept aimed at integrating classroom/education workflows into a single unified interface.
π Next Up: Developing an Identity & Access Management (IAM) automation sandbox using Okta Workflows for zero-touch lifecycle management, alongside Project OODA: an event-driven engine pairing the Google Gemini API with Slack Block Kit for autonomous, human-in-the-loop operational workflows.
π₯ Also: Engineering automated multimedia pipelines. The flagship creative project in this portfolio pairs backend infrastructure (Google Admin Directory API) with a dynamically animated brand asset built in After Effects. To me, motion design, video pipelines, and IT infrastructure aren't separate skill sets β they're the exact same problem-solving instinct pointed at different environments.
