Summary

  • add a locale-aware, precision-safe createNumberFormatter factory
  • support grouping, fraction limits, negative values, prefixes, and suffixes
  • expose the formatter from rifm/number
  • document and test the number formatter API

Testing

  • pnpm test
  • pnpm run build
