Change Description
This PR brings the diagnostics-experiments branch to life by adding a dedicated diagnostics/settings experience with language selection, haptic feedback controls, and app log access, while updating the related localization files and app-wide theme/font consistency to match the new UX. It also includes broader polish across the main settings and connection screens, refactors the tips display and removes the older slider pattern, improves speed-test error handling and metric presentation, and updates build configuration and startup behavior to create a more stable, cohesive, and user-friendly app experience.
