Previously logcat Integration tests were running on NVIDIA Shield, switched them to Pixel Pro 8.
Also we now reports logcat/screenshot artifacts for integration tests.
Also cherry picked few changes from live stream PR, to make upcoming PR smaller.
Other than that, there's no changes to logcat
