Marketing site redesign

Reworks the marketing homepage as a document with a sidebar, and adds a dedicated pricing page.

• Sticky left rail: primary links, Get started, GitHub stars, YC badge, a numbered on-page index with scroll-spy, and a contact block.
• Homepage: "Executor is an MCP gateway." with three steps and hover reveals of tool and harness logos; Cloud / Desktop / Self-hosted tabs with OS-detected downloads; What we think, Context, Safety, Run it, What people say, Pricing, Writing, About.
• Testimonials: 62 public posts from X with avatars, in a marquee that starts on first view, plus an "Add yours" card.
• /pricing is now a real page. /pricing.md, /index.md, and /setup-prompt.md serve Markdown for agents; the cloud edge allow-list forwards them.
• Cloudflare self-host docs removed; Docker is the only self-host path.

Not done: the rail's collapse below 1024px still wraps badly and needs a follow-up.
