VIP-633 lists three tokenized-equity (bStock) markets in the BNB Core Pool, de-risked as collateral-only (borrowing paused at launch), priced by the new single-source Atlas Oracle and guarded by Oracle Dynamic Protection Mode (DeviationBoundedOracle, 16.67% trigger).

deployed-contracts/markets.md— addNVDAB/SPCXB/TSLABunderlyings andvNVDAB/vSPCXB/vTSLABmarkets under BNB Chain Mainnet → Core Pool.deployed-contracts/oracles.md— add Atlas Oracle (0x9E6928Ec418948ceb9f1cd9872fD312b13D841D0) under BNB Chain Mainnet.DeviationBoundedOracle is already listed (VIP-617); no change needed there.
VIP-633 is not yet executed on-chain — the vToken contracts are deployed and self-consistent (symbols, underlyings,
comptroller= Core Pool), butmarkets(vToken).isListed = falseand the ResilientOracle returns no price for them yet. Since this file documents live contracts, merge only after VIP-633 executes on BNB Chain.All addresses verified on-chain (BNB mainnet) at branch creation.
