I noticed that the clean_weather.csv contains about 300 NaN values while I was cleaning it up with pandas. Since the file is called clean_weather.csv I assume this was not by design, which is why I removed all of the NaN values. Unfortunately I wasn't able to find the original source of the data so I couldn't fill the gaps, so in this commit they are removed completely.
